Job description:
1. The Quality & Reliability Data Analyst will be working closely with Product Quality Engineer and Reliability Engineer to analyze data, prepare metrics, create reporting from contract manufacture and field quality and reliability data for server, storage and networking hardwares for data center IT infrastructure.
2. The QRE Data Analyst will be responsible for data compilation for product quality and reliability reports/metrics to feed various regular product updates and regular review candance/deep dive, to help generate data analysis and supporting creation of tables, charts and update of presentation. This role will also support ad-hoc deep dive requests for quality/reliability data collection and analysis.
3. This role supports RE for reliability performance data collection and analysis to generate information from prior product reliability performance.
4. The QRE Data Analyst is responsible for managing and updating data for quality dashboards on a monthly basis. And is also responsible to maintain and develop quality dashboards to enhance automation and enhance dashboard content and layout.
5. The QRE Data Analyst will need to support QE for the latest manufacturing data collection system "RADIX" management, including but not limited to support supplier RADIX onboarding, supplier quality data validation that ensures data accuracy, and RADIX data dashboard requirement collection /refinement.
6. Managing and update QRE website.
1. Good knowledge of Data Analytics. Excellent SQL skill and strong hand-on experience.
Able to programming and script writing/Dashboarding using PLX, Tableau, front end web design etc.
2. Able to connect data from Google spreadsheets, Analytics and more internal databases
3. Able to create real-time dashboards that surface the details of a single input or a set of inputs based on specified parameters.
4. Outstanding communication skill and ability to coordinate tasks and work with multiple engineers, clarify requests and execute efficiently and effectively.
5. Ability to work independently and take the initiative to solve problems.
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
7. Able to develop and maintain web pages built with GoogleSite
8. Basic knowledge of computer architecture
9. Basic knowledge of quality management
10. Familiar with Python script
11. Familiar with JMP is a strong plus
12. Familiar with Google Suite (especially Google Sheet) is a strong plus
