職務內容

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of software engineers and quality engineers.
• Manage team workload, priorities, schedules, and project execution to ensure successful delivery of software
projects.
• Oversee the design, development, testing, maintenance, and release of software products.
• Collaborate with global engineering teams to align development efforts, share best practices, and support
common business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement in software development processes, software quality, and engineering
effectiveness.
• Work closely with product management, systems engineering, manufacturing, and support teams to define
and prioritize customer and business requirements.
• Participate in technical reviews, architecture discussions, code reviews, and problem-solving activities.
• Support customer-facing activities, including gathering requirements, investigating issues, providing technical
guidance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Manage project plans, schedules, risks, and resource requirements.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
• Support hiring, performance management, coaching, and career development of team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
