4.協助列印與整理國內快遞訂單(如全統),確保出貨準確與流程順暢。
5.支援日常行政及樣品管理相關庶務,例如文具用品管理、出貨紀錄整理及報表更新等。

工作內容如下:
1. Responsible for overseeing the efficient management of inventory levels, accuracy, and processes within an organization. This role involves implementing inventory control strategies, optimizing stock levels, and ensuring proper tracking of materials and products to support operational needs.
2. Monitor internal dashboards to run daily business operations and highlight supply shortages or excess risk.
3. Ensure data alignment and consistency between internal dashboards, third party logistics tracking systems, and customer portals.
4. Identify, clarify, and execute corrective actions for data discrepancies and proactively highlight issues.
5. Generate weekly status reports on new applications, return status, and customer shipment data for review meetings.
6. Identifying issue and root cause and creating process documentation, as needed, to enable stakeholders ability to remain within tolerance.
7. Working on solving material shortages with internal and external stakeholders.

• Manage assigned accounts (PCS and DS) to optimize channel performance, to achieve sales, growth, and market share targets for assigned channels.
• Plan, execute and monitor retail promotional programs while maintaining excellence in daily operations.
• Work with retailers, and external partners(vendors) to drive revenue in retail channels, collaborate closely with other departments (supply chain, finance, marketing, medical, regulatory affairs) to ensure effective communication.
• Manage regular data analysis, reporting, and optimization of store performance with key levers and opportunities for improvements.
• Involve in budget planning.
• Monitor the inventory level, replenishment of stock and return cycle is carried out accordingly
• Address customer enquiries and fulfill any ad hoc assignments from management.
