General Job Description:  
Provides general administrative support to cross-function workgroups, coordinate Public Affairs activities in Taiwan.  Exercises discretion and independent judgement in managing flow of work.  Requires full proficiency gained through job-related training and on-the-job experience to perform a range of tasks under limited supervision.
 
Responsibilities/Duties
•Provides secretarial/administrative support to cross-function work groups.
•Coordinates public affairs activities.  
•Participates as an active team member on entire projects and can complete projects independently.  Finds ways to improve project/team efficiency.  Works with minimal direction to produce quality results.  
•Administrative point of contact with the ability to rapidly establish rapport within workgroup, leadership, and clients, internal and external. Proactive approach to problem solving. Ability and knowledge to answer questions and take appropriate actions in the absence of the project leader.
•Uses business software applications to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, etc.   Stays up to date on changing technology (e.g., Microsoft Office).  Ability to quickly learn new internal electronic systems, and to share knowledge with others.  
•Independently schedules meetings and events, books conference rooms, orders food/drink, escorts and manages visitor / guest process.  
•Arranges business travel, coordinates internal meetings and event arrangements, and/or tracks expenses.

		                1.業務行政支援
協助處理業務部門的文件、合約、報價單、訂單輸入與管理
2.客戶往來/聯繫
協助業務人員與客戶保持聯繫,回覆基本詢問
3.進/出貨與售後服務協調
與工廠、倉庫、物流或相關部門聯繫,追蹤出貨進度,協助處理客戶售後問題。
		            
		                - 歐美供應商及國內客戶協調聯絡工作。 
- 文件檔案和資料庫系統處理。 
- 訂單處理、進出口相關事宜。
