1. 負責行政管理(ADM)部門之年度預算規劃,並透過制定與監控預算,進行各項設施與資源管理之經費控管。
2. 負責執行職業安全衛生相關事務,確保符合政府法規及公司全球標準。(TBC)
3. 負責辦公室行政部門之日常營運,確保各項行政流程順暢運作。
4. 負責辦公室日常營運相關事務之規劃與執行。
5. 審核各項帳單並辦理辦公室相關費用之申請與支付。
6. 與物業管理公司保持良好溝通,負責辦公室設施維護及其他相關需求之協調與執行。
7. 協助行政團隊規劃與執行專案活動(如:全員大會、團隊建立活動等)。
8. 執行主管指派之其他臨時行政事項,確保部門運作高效與目標達成。
- Prepare sponsorship and payment paperwork and process management approval.
- Prepare purchase requests and process management approval.
- Keep track of approved payments for Marketing functions.
- Receive and distribute incoming mail and other official documents.
- Receive, distribute and manage the inventory of marketing materials, such as brochures and promotional materials.
- Assist in the preparation and scheduling of marketing events, assigned sales events and assigned training courses.
- Assist in processes related to promotional material creation/approval procedures.
- Consolidate and maintain sales and marketing data as assigned.
- Prepare product catalogues, printed materials, and marketing/sales related items.
- Perform administrative duties and aid Product Manager and Marketing Specialist
- Comply with all relevant company policies, procedures and work practices.
- Complete the Training as required and assigned before performing tasks in compliance with the requirements presented during training and according to established policies and procedures, and request clarification when concepts or requirements are unclear.
1. Work with trade sales team to develop tailor-made POSM design & print & execution details to fit different channels
2. Coordinate with gimmick suppliers to ensure the solid execution of trade marketing plan
3. Support trade sales team related projection execution excellence
4. Co-work with line manager for developing product distribution/ display/ price/ promotion strategies, on-line/off-line exposure maximization and make sure 100% execution.
5. Monitor and Control A&P spending under approved budget
6. Cooperate and coordinate across functions and channels.
7. Have passion to win and work with with multi-tasks

3. 維護門市標準陳列/佈置
4. 示範HP產品操作/解說

【地點】南部地區巡點/駐點
*執行區域 : 高雄/台南地區為主,視狀況需支援嘉義/屏東地區
*依據公司規劃區域,高雄指定駐點+派巡負責區域內主要3C通路
→例:燦坤、順發、三井、虹優、茂訊、全國等HP列管經銷商門市
【時間】11:00 – 20:00 (依每月排程規劃駐/巡點,每日工作執行時間8H)
* 需能配合週末假日值班
* 駐點門市值班時間將配合公司/門市之規劃執行
【薪資】底34000+業績達成獎金+車資補助+不定期獎勵
*業績達成獎金 (須達基本門檻) : 依每月公告之獎勵辦法達成狀況領取 (最高獎勵 $14,000)
