職務內容

1、Managing and leading a program involving one or more functions and project teams to drive the engineering development and implementation process for a subsystem or component of a product or service offering.
2、Developing schedules, critical deliverables, budgets, resource allocation plans, and other support requirements for the assigned program.
3、Coordinating activities of supporting project teams and internal and external development partners; tracking progress against the established plan and making decisions to update schedules and resource allocation to meet product requirements and development timelines.
4、Communicating program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to product stakeholders; collaborating with management and internal manufacturing and development partners to resolve escalated issues, implement solutions, and ensure adherence to budgets and product roadmaps.
5、Leading and providing guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members.
