• Constantly track industry and local recruiting and talent trends and business needs, develop and implement the specific recruiting strategy and talent mapping
• Support the standardization and harmonization of the recruiting approach and drive consistency across the organization; develop the selection criteria and assessment methodology
• Set up and implement Employee Referral Program
• Set up and administer talent database including internal and external sources
• Support Employer branding and marketing activities in the selection of Best Employer vendors, HR marketing strategies in line with recruitment needs and external market stream
• Actively search and manage all kinds of recruiting channels (e.g. social media tools) and manage the scheduling & attendance of job/campus fairs and professional associations as well as other outreach programs
• Develop the strategy and program deployment for campus recruiting, internship/season hire programs including defining recruitment needs, developing assessment requirements and coordinating the marketing execution
• Support recruitment for all business divisions and service functions (PH/CH/CS/EF) in Taiwan & Hong Kong markets
• University degree in Human Resources / Business admin or related field
• Fluency in written and spoken English; additional (local) language preferred (eg, Cantonese, Taiwanese)
• At least 5 years of total working experience in the HR field and 2 years of working experience in recruitment with increasing responsibilities.
• Understanding of employment law and of the regulatory guidelines related to sourcing and selection in both markets
• Experienced in multidisciplinary project management as well as change management
• Ability to interact with and support all levels of management and business partners
• Strong interpersonal, partnering, and influencing skills with a customer-focused and result-oriented mindset
