- Prepare sponsorship and payment paperwork and process management approval.
- Prepare purchase requests and process management approval.
- Keep track of approved payments for Marketing functions.
- Receive and distribute incoming mail and other official documents.
- Receive, distribute and manage the inventory of marketing materials, such as brochures and promotional materials.
- Assist in the preparation and scheduling of marketing events, assigned sales events and assigned training courses.
- Assist in processes related to promotional material creation/approval procedures.
- Consolidate and maintain sales and marketing data as assigned.
- Prepare product catalogues, printed materials, and marketing/sales related items.
- Perform administrative duties and aid Product Manager and Marketing Specialist
- Comply with all relevant company policies, procedures and work practices.
- Complete the Training as required and assigned before performing tasks in compliance with the requirements presented during training and according to established policies and procedures, and request clarification when concepts or requirements are unclear.
- BA/BS required
- At least two-year prior experience in administrative support roles
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- English proficiency preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
