職務內容

1、Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships
2、Builds a knowledge base of each client's business, organization and objectives
3、Effectively applies the organizational policies, methodology and participates in upgrading them
4、Analyzes and understand project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization
5、Understanding of contracts and negotiations - SOW
6、Effectively communicate to internal and external stakeholders
7、Takes ownership and manages the process of innovative change effectively
8、Takes ownership and manages capability development in the organization
9、Hiring and retaining talent into the organization and projects
10、Help with Resource allocation (people, hardware, software, and facilities) as necessary
11、Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
12、Develop project plans and associated communications documents.
13、Effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
14、Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
15、Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
