- 負責海外市場（以台灣/越南/東南亞為主）的 B2B 客戶開發與商機拓展。
- 向企業客戶介紹並銷售公司之 軟體/系統解決方案。
- 與內部產品、技術、售前或專案團隊協作，推進成交與導入。
- 維繫既有客戶關係，挖掘擴充與續約機會。
- 不定期國內/海外出差，拜訪客戶或參與市場活動。

1、Provide technical support at the Material Lab.
2、Operate analysis instruments for electronics products, including FTIR/ GCMS/ XRF/ SEM/ EDS/ Real time X-ray radiography/ metallographic sample preparation/ Mechanical Testing Systems and Reliability Testing Systems. (Experience in GCMS operation is a plus factor)
3、Operate metrology equipment – hardness, mechanical testing machines, optical measurement systems
4、Keep analytical chemistry/materials testing lab equipment maintained and operating.
5、Perform quality, reliability and failure analysis on electronic product assemblies.
6、Respond and manage the timely response of customer requests/escalations.

1、Design, develop, customize, and debug embedded firmware for commercial PC platforms, including Embedded Controller firmware.
2、Support firmware development across NPI and sustaining projects, including platform bring-up, feature implementation, issue triage, bug fixing, and production support.
3、Develop and maintain EFI drivers, platform initialization code, system management features, and firmware update flows.
4、Analyze system architecture and platform requirements to determine firmware coding, integration, and testing needs.
5、Collaborate with hardware, OS, driver, QA, and product teams to ensure seamless hardware-software integration.
6、Work closely with ODM partners and external development teams to drive technical issue resolution and ensure timely project delivery.
7、Debug complex firmware, hardware, and system-level issues using serial logs, JTAG/SWD, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, other debugging methods.
8、Author and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, debug reports, release notes, and firmware operation materials.
