1.4、Translate engineering use cases into practical AI-driven productivity solutions.
2、Workflow Automation
2.1、Design and implement automation solutions that improve operational efficiency.
2.2、Develop automated notifications, reminders, approvals, status tracking, reporting, and data synchronization workflows.
2.3、Leverage Power Automate, SharePoint, Microsoft Lists, Teams, Outlook, APIs, and related technologies.
3、Data Integration & Management
3.1、Integrate and manage data across SharePoint, Microsoft Lists, Excel, Power BI, Teams, databases, and other business systems.
3.2、Support data consolidation, validation, standardization, and reporting readiness.
3.3、Ensure data accuracy and accessibility for analytics and AI applications.
4、Internal Tools & Web Applications
4.1、Design and develop web-based productivity tools for engineering teams.
4.2、Create dashboards, project tracking applications, data portals, and AI-enabled web solutions.
4.3、Develop solutions using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SharePoint, Power Platform, and REST APIs.
5、Cross-Functional Collaboration
5.1、Partner with engineering, program management, IT, and business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
5.2、Communicate solution designs, implementation progress, risks, and outcomes effectively.
5.3、Support AI adoption and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Education
Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Data Analytics, or related fields.
Required Skills
Experience with one or more of the following:
Power Automate, SharePoint, Power BI, Microsoft 365, Excel, Python, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Web Application Development.
Knowledge of workflow automation, data analytics, dashboard development, and report automation.
Ability to translate business or engineering requirements into practical digital solutions.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience or interest in Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, Generative AI, API integration, and process automation.
Experience developing web applications, SharePoint-integrated solutions, dashboards, and reporting tools.
Experience building internal productivity tools, AI-powered applications, or data portals.
Preferred Experience
Experience supporting engineering organizations, product development teams, project management workflows, or digital transformation initiatives.
Knowledge of hardware development, NPI processes, or engineering lifecycle management is a plus.
Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, or enterprise business systems is preferred.
