1、Manage and lead a validation and system integration program involving cross-functional engineering teams and external partners (e.g., ODMs) to drive test planning, execution, and release readiness.
2、Develop and manage test schedules, validation deliverables, resource planning, and test coverage aligned with product milestones and timelines.
3、Coordinate end-to-end validation activities, including test planning, execution tracking, regression planning, and certification readiness.
4、Track program progress against validation plans, proactively identifying risks, delays, and quality issues, and driving corrective actions.
5、Drive defect management and closure, ensuring all issues are logged with clear repro steps, required logs, and sufficient data for debugging and timely resolution.
6、Collaborate with engineering teams, ODM partners, and stakeholders to analyse issues, support root cause identification, and ensure quality targets are met.
7、Review project specifications, design changes, and test scope to ensure adequate validation coverage across hardware, BIOS, software, and driver components.
8、Lead program reviews, test status meetings, and milestone checkpoints, providing visibility into risks, blockers, and readiness status.
9、Provide guidance and oversight to validation engineers, ensuring adherence to processes, tools, and reporting standards.

Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 5 years of test engineer experience in Consumer Electronic Company
5+ years’ work experience of experience in ODM validation, system validation, or engineering program management environments
Strong understanding of:
Hardware validation processes
Defect lifecycle management and debugging
Test execution and regression practices
Demonstrated ability to:
Coordinate across cross-functional teams and external partners
Manage program timelines and multiple priorities
Good troubleshooting and analytical skills, with ability to support root cause analysis
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience in test tools, defect tracking systems, and reporting (e.g., Excel-based reporting)
Ability to operate independently and drive deliverables with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
PMP/PMI certification (preferred but not mandatory)
Experience in certification processes (e.g., WHQL or equivalent)
Key Expectations
Ability to translate test observations into clear, actionable defect reports
Strong focus on quality, structured testing, and debugging discipline
Capability to mentor/guide test engineers and transfer process knowledge
