4、Maintain and continuously improve existing automation services and tools, and contribute through code review and technical guidance to improve code quality and maintainability.

【Experience Requirements】
• At least 5 years of overall work experience, including 3+ years in backend and/or automation development, with at least 1 year of backend service development experience.
• At least 2 years of practical experience using Python as a primary development language.
• At least 2 years of experience in containerized deployment, CI/CD integration, or cloud environment operations.
• Experience leading medium-to-large microservice design, cross-team technical collaboration, or automation platform delivery is a strong plus.
1. Python and Automation Development
• Strong Python expertise, including OOP, asynchronous programming (Asyncio), and common design patterns.
• Ability to convert manual workflows, including file handling, data comparison, and environment setup, into maintainable automation scripts.
• Hands-on Windows automation experience using PowerShell or Batch scripts for system management, registry operations, and process automation.
2. Backend Architecture and Containerization
• Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs using FastAPI, Flask, Node.js, or similar frameworks.
• Proficiency with Docker, including Dockerfile authoring, image optimization, and basic container orchestration concepts.
• Solid understanding of Git workflows and CI/CD integration using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar tools.
• Proven experience designing and evolving medium-to-large backend services with reliability, maintainability, and scalability.
【Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)】
• Practical experience integrating AI capabilities such as LLM APIs or image recognition into automation tools or backend workflows.
• Experience deploying and operating services on cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Cross-platform capability, including Linux operations and Shell scripting in addition to Windows.
