Technical Leadership
1、Lead architecture, development, and delivery of web and AI enabled applications.
2、Guide frontend, backend, cloud, AI, and QA engineers.
3、Translate business requirements into technical designs and delivery plans.
4、Lead code reviews, architecture reviews, and production readiness checks.
5、Mentor engineers and remain hands on in critical development activities.
6、Lead delivery using Agile and Scrum practices.
7、Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, estimation, reviews, and retrospectives.
8、Work with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, UX, architecture, security, and cloud teams.
9、Manage technical risks, dependencies, technical debt, and delivery constraints.
Web and AWS Engineering
1、Build secure and scalable web applications using modern frontend frameworks.
2、Develop APIs and backend services using C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, or Node.js.
3、Design microservices, background services, and event driven integrations.
4、Implement infrastructure as code, CI/CD, monitoring, security, and automated deployment.
5、Establish Harness Engineering practices for AI assisted software development.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
6 to 10 years of software engineering experience.
Experience as a Technical Lead, Lead Engineer, or Solution Architect.
Strong hands on skills in C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core.
Experience with React, Angular, Vue.js, Next.js, or similar frameworks.
Strong AWS cloud architecture and development experience.
Practical experience with Amazon Bedrock and RAG solutions.
Knowledge of embeddings, vector search, semantic search, hybrid retrieval, and reranking.
Experience with AI agents, AI coding assistants, or agent orchestration frameworks.
Knowledge of CI/CD, infrastructure as code, automated testing, and observability.
Strong Agile, Scrum, communication, and mentoring skills.
Preferred Qualifications
AWS certification.
Experience with Bedrock Knowledge Bases, Agents, and Guardrails.
Experience with AWS CDK, Terraform, or CloudFormation.
Experience with LangGraph, AutoGen, MCP, or similar frameworks.
