職務內容

1、Hardware Logistics & Asset Management
1.1、Centralized Coordination: Orchestrate the tracking, receipt, and distribution of sensitive hardware samples from customers and partners across multiple internal engineering and quality assurance teams.
1.2、Precision Inventory Control: Implement and maintain a high-fidelity asset management system, to ensure every device in the lab is accounted for and traceable throughout its testing lifecycle.
2、Lab Operations & Automation Setup
2.1、Hands-on Hardware Enablement: Quickly prepare and configure brand-new devices for development. 2.2、This includes fundamental tasks such as firmware flashing, initial OS image installation, and networking configuration to rapidly move hardware into a testable state.
2.3、Automation Integration: Set up, deploy, and maintain the Device-Under-Testing (DUT) infrastructure, ensuring machines are correctly configured and fully integrated into daily automated testing pipelines and continuous integration (CI) systems.
2.4、Lab Excellence: Ensure the physical lab environment is maintained as a best-in-class, organized, and safe space for critical hardware testing and engineering work.
3、Technical Collaboration & Triage
3.1、Engineering Partnership: Collaborate directly with software and QA engineers to quickly reproduce, analyze, and perform initial triage on complex hardware-related issues (e.g., driver failures, boot issues) reported on test devices.
3.2、Issue Verification & Closure: Systematically verify proposed OS, firmware, or kernel fixes on the test bench to ensure defect tickets are resolved and quality standards are met before release.
3.3、External Liaison: Assist field engineers by consolidating and communicating detailed, verifiable technical findings (logs, reproduction steps) directly to OEM/ODM partners, accelerating the identification and collaborative resolution of hardware and firmware issues.
