Support (Latest Best Estimate) processes, including:
Market growth & share projections by integrating insights from multiple data sources (NielsenIQ, Kantar, and internal sales data)
Pricing intelligence
Macroeconomic data refresh
2) Lead Research Execution
Oversee the design and execution of primary and secondary research initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Manage external research vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality, timely, and actionable insights.
Translate research findings into clear recommendations for marketing, commercial, and strategic planning teams.
3) Market Tracking, Data Operation & Governance
Manage NielsenIQ (NIQ) monthly reporting and extract actionable insights.
Analyze Kantar Panel data for consumer behavior and segment dynamics.
Act as the first point of contact with NIQ for panel enhancement and data governance.
Perform data validation and publish accurate reports and dashboards.
Train internal teams on NIQ’s reporting interpretation.
4) Tools Adoption
Act as Taiwan ambassador for Navigator, Ignite, and Market Insights tools.
Drive tool usage, collect feedback, and share best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Communications, or related field; Master’s preferred.
5+ years of experience in consumer insights, market research, strategy, or related roles in healthcare, FMCG, or research agencies.
Proven ability to lead research execution, including vendor management and stakeholder alignment.
Strong analytical and storytelling skills; ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Fluency in tools such as NIQ Discover; experience with Power BI is a plus.
Advanced proficiency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
