職務內容

1、Effectively deliver and manage project teams while building strong client relationships within the Hi-Tech portfolio.
2、Drive account growth through business development initiatives and proactive client engagement.
3、Serve as a trusted representative, maintaining transparent communication to understand requirements and align solutions.
4、Set and manage client expectations, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
5、Provide leadership and mentoring to build high-performing teams and support talent acquisition and retention.
6、Develop a deep understanding of client business, organizational structure, and strategic objectives.
7、Manage project financials, including P&L ownership, revenue, margins, and resource utilization.
8、Apply and improve organizational policies, methodologies, and best practices.
9、Lead change initiatives, transformations and continuous improvement programs to enhance delivery and capability.
10、Define project scope, goals, and deliverables; develop comprehensive plans and communication materials.
11、Prepare and manage budgets, including RFP/RFQ processes, and recommend adjustments as needed.
12、Monitor milestones and deliverables, conduct QBRs/EBRs, and provide progress reports and presentations.
13、Manage Statements of Work (SOW) and project renewals with a focus on protecting existing business and driving growth.
14、Proactively manage risks, scope changes, and issue resolution within project teams.
15、Ensure alignment through efficient communication with internal and external stakeholders.

7 + year Exp.
