• Manage assigned accounts (PCS and DS) to optimize channel performance, to achieve sales, growth, and market share targets for assigned channels.
• Plan, execute and monitor retail promotional programs while maintaining excellence in daily operations.
• Work with retailers, and external partners(vendors) to drive revenue in retail channels, collaborate closely with other departments (supply chain, finance, marketing, medical, regulatory affairs) to ensure effective communication.
• Manage regular data analysis, reporting, and optimization of store performance with key levers and opportunities for improvements.
• Involve in budget planning.
• Monitor the inventory level, replenishment of stock and return cycle is carried out accordingly
• Address customer enquiries and fulfill any ad hoc assignments from management.
• 2-3 years of experience in the FMCG/retail industry, with experience in supporting key account management being a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proactive and passionate attitude, with the ability to handle complex tasks with resilience and an open mind.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to support sales and cross-functional teams in achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in MS Office software.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry and OTC products is a plus.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin in a professional setting.
