職務內容

1.Sample planning & analysis –
-Support team leader on sample annual budget planning and seasonal spending management.
-Compile and provide sample analysis & reports
2.Sample warehouse operation –
-Recruit and monitor the local sample part-time helpers seasonally.
-In charge of seasonal sample operation (receiving, borrowing, stock count, tracking0 and provide weekly reports.
-Handle sample freight and custom clearance documents.
3.Code process gates operation –
-Lead showroom onsite preparation (Sort, Tag, Setup, Readiness Report, Daily Count, etc.).
-Partner with GC and local teams in maintaining the operation.
-Maintain the showroom & sample room facilities.
4.Sample liquidation & write-off –
-Work with team on sample sales planning & preparation.
-Support sample sales execution & onsite vendor resource management.
5.Support other sample related digital innovation projects, like RFID.
