1. National Sales Strategy & Business Growth
• Execute national sales strategy co-developed with MKT team.
• Drive annual operating plans, sales forecasts, and target-setting aligned with brand and commercial objectives.
• Identify new growth opportunities, and new channel expansion.
2. Channel & Customer Management
• Lead strategy and execution across major channels:
o Distributors
o KA (Costco)
o Pharmacy Chains & Baby-Mom Specialty Stores
o HP/ Nursing home
o EC
• Build strong customer partnerships and lead national negotiations including pricing, trade terms, promotions, displays, and joint business plans (JBP).
3. Team Leadership & Capability Building
• Lead, coach, and develop regional sales leaders and field sales.
• Build performance-driven culture with clear KPIs, productivity metrics, and incentive programs.
• Recruit and mentor team members when necessary.
4. Distribution, Visibility & Execution Excellence
• Achieve targeted numeric and weighted distribution for priority SKUs.
• Drive merchandising standards, on-shelf availability, and planogram compliance.
• Ensure perfect store execution across channels with support from trade marketing.
5. Business Intelligence & Performance Tracking
• Analyze category trends, consumer insights, competitor activities, pricing movements, and market share data.
• Monitor sell-in and sell-out performance; deploy corrective plans when necessary.
• Deliver structured business reviews to the leadership team.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with Marketing (incl. trade and medical), Consumer Service, Finance, and Regulatory teams.
• Support product launches, sampling programs, and demand planning.
• Ensure alignment of sales execution with brand and category strategies.
