Key Account & Customer Management
• Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with leading retailers (PX Mart, Carrefour, Costco, Watsons, Cosmed, Poya).
• Develop and execute joint business plans with Key Accounts, aligned to company growth objectives.
• Lead negotiations and secure value-based trading terms, ensuring long-term commercial interests.
• Deliver account profitability and monitor performance against agreed KPIs.
Commercial Planning & P&L
• Full ownership of account P&L, driving both topline growth and margin improvement.
• Lead forecasting and demand planning in collaboration with finance and supply chain.
• Apply category management best practices to optimize shelf presence, promotional activities, and trade investment.
Cross-Functional Leadership
• Act as the key interface between Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to deliver on execution.
• Provide insight-driven recommendations on assortment, pricing, and promotional mechanics.
• Contribute to building a high-performance, customer-centric culture in the Taiwan business.
Regulatory Awareness
• Basic familiarity with regulatory and operational considerations in Taiwan’s FMCG/personal care market.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive Key Account Management / Business Development experience in FMCG, preferably in personal care or health & beauty.
• Demonstrated success managing top modern trade and drugstore customers in Taiwan.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and negotiation skills with a proven record of P&L accountability.
• Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
