1. Strategy development – based on corporate mission/vision and market intelligence/trends, align
with other Division Heads on business objectives and priorities to develop functions’ long term
and mid term strategy and guide function heads to establish action plans and define
milestones/deliverables; and drive the implementations of the above.
2. Talent development – to ensure the right systems/platforms/policies and procedures in place to
attract/retain/develop the right people on right positions for present and future business
objectives and succession planning implemented to keep the active talent pipeline.
3. Compliance – to ensure the responsible functions operations are all well aligned with GMP and
law’s and regulations requirements, being an advocate to champion corporate governance and
protect company sustainability, reputation and business interests.
4. Process streamline – continuous improving processes efficiencies and effectiveness with
appropriate investment on systems and technical capacities and capabilities to ensure superior
internal customer service and quality while costs/resources optimization are well taken care of
too.
5. Communication – proactively, timely and accurately communicate with internal employees on
company strategies/objectives/company performance/policies and change initiatives so as to
make sure the appropriate information transparency and promote positive employee
engagement and relationship. The external communication as spokesperson will serve the
purpose of PR enhancement when needed.
6. Culture transformation – to champion and facilitate the changes from procedures, policies,
tools to mindset to encourage employees to acknowledge, accept and internalize the new
working paterner and company culture that driven from strategic business objectives.
