* To collectively achieve team target US$4.4 M in 2013.
* To work with VP of Asia to implement business strategies and action plan.
* Collectively develop 12 new clients in 2014.
* To maintain existing clients to render sound service in achieving 95% of satisfaction rate.
* To act as a professional sales representative to make good use of selling skills.
* Deliver the outcomes without delay that VP of Asia assigns.
* Generate sales proposal before agreed deadline with thoughtful preposition and discuss
pricing with VP of Asia.
* To effectively blend selling skills with technical expertise.
* To develop positive working relationships with co-workers.
* Well communicate with prospect/sponsor in good responsiveness to win the business and
carefully handle complaint/claim
* Well communicate and liaise with Internal to get necessary support.
* Formulate, review and manage the signed proposals/ contracts.
* To develop ability to identify, analyze and solve problems.
* Proactively reflect market situation and propose solution to the team.
* Continuously examine administrative effectiveness and seeks for improvement.
* Work with finance department to deal with aging payment.
* Carry out the tasks in relation to sales administration.

* At least Bachelor degree in medicine, life science or business administration.
* At least 3 years experience in marketing or more than 2 years experience in clinical research.
* Good command on English.
* Excellent communication & coordination skills.
