    PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

    The above role is responsible to perform field sales in developing and acquiring new businesses. The incumbent works as a channel among sales, marketing, and senior management by implementing planned strategy within the sales force.

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

    Function / Category:
    • lead and executes sales strategy to meet/exceed given sales targets.
    • To co-work and develop regional distributors, ex: achieve the setup target, distributors’ evaluation quarterly, tender maintenance, etc.
    • Fully implement commercial promotion activities with company compliance.
    • Identifies and builds strong relationships with all KOLs.
    • Customer cold calling, direct sales thru’ product introduction and presentation. This may include working with current accounts or with investigational sites and customers where product acceptance has not been established.
    • Delivers efficient and quality technical service for assigned products that maximize patient benefits and reinforces the message to the customer.
    • Keeps informed on the up-to-date industry trends and regulations and share with the team.
    • Attends and resolves customers’ queries promptly.
    • Involves in preparation of tenders and professional congresses.
    • Complies with Company policies and practices.
    • Develops, coaches, guides, and motivates direct reports to maximize sales performance.
    • Conducts performance evaluation of direct reports regularly and identifies training needs for performance improvements.
    • Lead and maintain close communication with the team in the implementation of new product launches.
    • Develop and review sales and staffing plans to attain sales goals within assigned territory.
    • A minimum of 5+ years of healthcare industry experience with a proven track record in medical device sales to doctors/hospitals.
    • Able to Identify, establish, and develop relationships with doctors to support company product lines.
    • Some knowledge of working in a sterile room environment and medical device product lines through direct physician interaction and procedural consultation.
    • Knowledge of providing clinical support to Surgeons during procedures a plus.
    • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
    • Self-motivated and driven.
