● Manage and coordinate all HR activities, including C&B, recruitment, training &
development, employee relations, talent retention, performance management and etc.
● Supervise HR practices to meet corporate business needs and legal regulations.
● Design and develop HR programs and strategy to fulfill current and future needs of
organization business models.
● Lead and coach HR staff to provide best HR business partner practices.
● Regularly review HR Policies, SOPs and working instructions for better improvement.
● Serve as internal trainer for development programs.

1. 10+ yrs. in HR role.
2. Strong C&B, recruitment, and employee relations experience.
3. Minimum 5 years managerial experiences.
4. Working experience in manufacturing industry is a plus.
5. In-depth knowledge and experiences in total reward, recruitment, and employment
laws and regulations.
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships
and influence stakeholders at all levels.
7. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights.
