工作內容如下：
1.管理代理商及客戶，實現季度業務和產品目標。
2.透過代理商的銷售技巧，包括有效的提問、應對異議、敘事能力和競爭銷售，從而戰略性地評估並實現高價值廣告客戶的成功。
3.作為代理商的產品顧問，向他們介紹產品解決方案，推動產品採用。
4.策劃媒體、創意和數據解決方案，監督實施活動，以實現客戶的業務目標。
5.分析數據，找出代理商的機會，幫助提高運營效率，推動使用Google解決方案的最佳實踐，以獲得更好的成果。
6.出色的問題解決能力，能夠在處理多個專案及內外部利益相關者的同時，找到解決方案並加以運用。

Services:
1.Achieve quarterly business and product goals by managing agencies and across a broad portfolio of agency clients.
2.Strategically assess and achieve high value advertisers' success through agencies and their sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling, storytelling, and competitive selling.
3.Operate as agencies’ product consultant educating them on product solutions and driving product adoption.
4.Plan media, creative, and data solutions and oversee the implementation of campaigns to deliver against customer’s business objectives.
5.Analyze data to identify opportunities for agencies, helping to increase agencies' operation efficiency and driving best practice of Google solutions for better results.
6.Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to navigate solutions and manage multiple projects with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders simultaneously.

1.Experience working in digital advertising agencies or equivalent partners
2.Experience developing and implementing scalable solutions to support
partners’ growth
3.Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to details

2.具備開發並實施可擴展解決方案的經驗
3.注重細節的且可同時進行多個專案
