  • This position, reporting to Vice President of Administration, will be responsible for supervising 3 functions: Human Resources, General Administration Service and Corporate Communications.

    Major Responsibilities:
    ● Human Resources
    1. Monitor the implementation of Human Resources strategy, policies and solutions.
    2. Supervise the best practices of all Human Resources management activities.
    3. Provide visions and insights to bridge company mission and business needs to Human Resources strategy; identify needs to improvement.
    4. Strengthen the cross-functional communications at executive level and support Senior Management to sculpt ScinoPharm leadership and business culture that drives performance.

    ● General Administrations Service
    1. Oversee the provision of general administrative support to ensure effective office operations.
    2. Provide supervision to plan, organize, and implementation of all office support policies and procedures.

    ● Corporate Communications
    1. Lead the development of strategic corporate communications in corporation with organization strategy and business needs.
    2. Monitor public relations programs and media relationships to promote a positive company image to the public, and co-work with Investor Relations closely for stakeholder communications.
    3. Oversee the development and implementation of employee relations programs.
    4. Management internal and external communication channels for corporate affairs.

  • NTD / 面議 (經常性薪資達4萬元或以上)

  • 1. Master in general business management, human resources management is preferable.
    2. With a minimum of 12 years of experience in related functions, within which, minimum 5 years in human resources management and minimum 5 years of people and function management experience are required.
    3. Cross-functional and/or cross-regional experiences in the areas are preferable.
    4. Strong experience in leadership coaching, communications and best practices in related functions.
    5. Strong insights in Greater-China labor market trends and labor regulations.
    6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; good comments in both Mandarin and English
