  • •Single point of contact for Division Head relative to HR topics within the a large division (4,000+ employees spanning multiple sites in Asia and Europe)
    •Builds a strong business relationship with the Division and pro-actively transfers business requests into practical HR solutions to support business strategy execution. Implements best practices through regional / local HR in agreement with global HR guidelines
    •Coordinates quantitative and qualitative workforce planning and fixed headcount costs projections as well as restructuring plans.
    •Oversees and coordinates competitive and fair compensation packages.
    •Ensures a robust succession plan and talent management for key roles below Director level as well as for the Senior Leadership talent pipeline in the Division in alignment with global Employee Development. Coordinates regular talent conferences together with Division Management.
    •Plans and coordinates state of the art on-the-job and off-the-job development and initiatives in co-operation with global Employee Development as well as regional / local HR.
    •Acts as a performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in people management partnering closely with the Division Head. Identifies gaps, proposes and coordinates changes necessary to cover risks.
    •Supports enhancement of business driven innovation mindset as well as culture of continuous improvement in the Division.

  • •Highly experienced HR professional with a broad experience in various HR areas of expertise such as Operational HR, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development and HR Controlling.
    •Business acumen and service orientation to understand and effectively support people demands of the Division in order to meet customer and market requirements.
    •Has the capacity to partner with the Division Head as a trusted advisor on eye level. Can defend a strong position in case of difficult or even unpopular decisions. Has stamina to challenge the status quo.
    •Good conflict management skills. Does not shy away from confronting others pro-actively, yet in a gentle and constructive way. Experienced in creating win-win-solutions.
    •International exposure, experienced in working in an intercultural environment and fluent in English.
