*Enhance the effectiveness, efficiency and prioritization of IT operations. Provide guidance for team members and review overall daily progress
*Ensure that business processes are supported by good IT system and optimized with necessary change management
*Identify and manage risks and issues within the IT operations and escalate appropriately
*Budgeting and cost management
*Infrastructure planning for total operational improvement
*Applications development or resources identification for business needs
*Running and sharing regular operation system reports with senior staff as key business partner
*Overseeing and determining time frames for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages
*Identifying opportunities for team training and skills advancement

外商

*Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
*Minimum 5 years’ experience at management level and supervising both development and infrastructure team of a sizeable MNC is essential
*Solid experience in project management and daily IT operation support
*Knowledge in Project Management Model and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) would be advantage
*Experience and maturity to work cultural diversities and ability to communicate ideas, standards and policies with confidence
*Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Chinese
