Title: IE Manager
Report to: Deputy Division Head
Location: Hsin Chu, Taiwan

Responsibilities:
1. Manage capacity, tools, cost, and CapEx planning activities.
2. Find and drive cost improvement opportunities.
3. Identify and improve tool productivity and asset effectiveness.
4. Increase people productivity through innovative and systematic approach.

NTD / 年薪 2,000,000 ~ 4,000,000

Requirements:
1. MS degree of Industrial Engineering or related background.
2. Preferably 10+ years of experience of which 5+ years in semiconductor industry.
3. Capable of articulating complex concepts and solutions.
4. Demonstrated strong project management, strategic thinking, communication skills, and cross-organization collaboration in a fast-paced environment
5. Language: Fluent in English speaking, listening and writing.
