工作內容如下：
1. 定義並推動流程改進以測試手機產品中軟體的質量和生產力。
2. 確定自動化的機會並管理自動化工具/流程的開發並進行技術判斷以在給定的時間表內實現計劃、項目和產品的目標。
3. 與團隊合作開發和維護測試計劃，需要成為贏得支持並推動他們完成執行階段的力量倍增器。
4. 管理各種工作專案，讓團隊和工程師參與及準備項目文件、流程和跟踪報告，以提供每個專案的當前詳細狀態。
5. 提供定量分析重點，需要解釋來自結構化和非結構化來源的技術和商業信息。

1. Define and drive process improvements to test the quality and productivity of software in mobile products.
2. Identify opportunities for automation and manage the development of automation tools/processes and make technical judgments to achieve program, project, and product objectives within given timelines.
3. Working with the team to develop and maintain the test plan needs to be the force multiplier that wins buy-in and pushes them through the execution phase.
4. Manage various work projects, engage teams and engineers, and prepare project documents, process and tracking reports to provide current detailed status of each project.
5. Provides the quantitative analysis focus required to interpret technical and business information from structured and unstructured sources.
