2. Based on the company SOP tasks including layout planning, capex estimation, suppliers tendering, manage, oversee and audit construction projects, projects’ completion check and acceptance.
3. Provide advice for engineering problems and negotiate with suppliers.

1. College degree or above, major in Civil construction/mechanical and electrical/engineering and other construction related.
2. Good at Auto Cad and project plan.
3. Fluency in Chinese and English is a must, Proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
4. Good construction relevant know-how such as; material, cost, regulation
5. A proactive, energetic to works, self-motivated with good integrity & discipline
