Mr. Fred Lee is the President & Chief Executive Consultant of the IMC Hi-Tech. Human Resources Management Consulting Corp. who is responsibile for leading & managing the  IMC Corp. including General management & Development, especially in the H/R business development.

Mr. Lee has over 20 years of experience in designing and implementing competency-based HR Management and 5 years in General Management roles of the Electronics industry of International Reputable companies such as TRW Electronics, Philips, Mitac Computer Group and Computer Company in LA.California etc.   

Fred joined IMC group in 1991 as Chief Consultant of Business Diagnostics & H/R Management, before that, he was in charge of Computer company, Arcadia, California. He has studied MBA degree and Semiconductor Programs and spent many years learned to be a Professional Consultant working for the American Consulting Firm in the LA and EE studied in the University of California System and CIT of the United States, so He is not only an Expert in Talent search & Development but also a Management Consultant in the High Technology industrial field. 

He worked  with IMC Human Resources Management Consulting Corp already 18 years and  has served over 100 companies with thousands people qualified experience in Taiwan, San Jose, LA, HK & Shanghai of the High Technology field since 1991, totally are over 39 years in H/R functions and General Management since 1971.

Dr. Richard Anderson has over 30 years of industry experience. He began his career at EE industry, where he researched ultra thin oxide MOS devices. Dr. Anderson later worked at his Laboratories and in various research and management roles to develop and market leading edge power and management ,which has grown to be one of the major revenue at Anderson Power Technology Inc. 

Dr. Anderson holds a Ph.D EE, He was the Thomas Alva Edison Fellowship and the Charles Deere Wiman Fellowship and is a member of the IEEE Electron Device Society.

Mr.Lawrence Sun is a Senior Consultant with over 30 years experience in H/R Management specialized in company organization, Manpower planning, Recruitment/Staffing in any difficult condition and company rules formation, especially in handling Labor Union affairs including terms negotiation and conflicts solution in the electronic industry.
